Altinkaya is a family run business situated about 1.5 miles from the town centre and approximately 3 miles from the nearest beach. The complex is some 2 miles from Bellapais Village. Built on both sides of the road between Kyrenia and Bellapais it is made up of three types of holiday occupancies with two outside swimming pools serving the areas.  Regular live entertainment is provided particularly in the summer season. 

A good standard of catering is provided and the restaurant and bars also cater for the local Cypriot families. The owners regularly join in with the events provided for their guests. Altinkaya is a favourite with those on holiday with young families.

A new hotel block has been constructed consisting of 26 hotel rooms. They all have a balcony with either a mountain or pool view.
